Revision Policy

We provide revisions based on the package you select. Customers can request unlimited free revisions as long as the design and concept remain the same. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

If your website has gone live and you request further revisions, additional charges may apply based on the requirements.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Deposited funds are non-refundable after initial design approval or upon any requested changes—unless MAS Tech Solutions cancels the project for reasons not related to client breach or non-performance.

Refund Eligibility Breakdown:

• Full refund (minus 10% processing fee) if requested before delivery of initial design.
• 66% refund (minus 10% fee) if requested within 48 hours of design delivery.
• 33% refund (minus 10% fee) if requested between 48–120 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Website, mobile app, or game development has been completed or deployed.
• Storyboard has been designed in animation projects.
• Client remains inactive for over 30 days or unresponsive for over 20 days.
• Revisions have been requested.
• Refund reason is unrelated (e.g., change of mind, business closure, disagreement with partner).
• SEO, Social Media, Domain, and Hosting services.
• Final files have already been delivered.
• Work has been outsourced or duplicated to another company for the same project.
• Special discounted packages/offers.

Refund requests must be made in good faith and not for speculative reasons. Once refunded, the client forfeits any rights to use the designs and legal action may follow in case of reuse.
